By accessing or using our website, membership plans, or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership & Services
1.1 HOMZ Garage Door Services offers garage door maintenance, repair, installation, and related services within IL only.
1.2 Membership plans include two (2) scheduled service visits per year (one in summer and one in winter), plus additional benefits such as priority scheduling, emergency support, and member-only discounts.
1.3 Additional services or repairs requested outside of membership coverage may incur separate fees.
2. Subscription & Billing
2.1 Membership is billed annually at $179/year.
2.2 All subscriptions are auto-renewed annually unless canceled by the member prior to the next billing date.
2.3 Payment is accepted only via credit or debit card through our online platform. No alternative payment options are available.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
3.1 Members may cancel their subscription at any time.
3.2 Cancellation will stop future payments, but fees already paid for the current year are non-refundable.
4. Scheduling & Service Delivery
4.1 Members will receive automated reminders before their scheduled visits.
4.2 Service appointments must be confirmed by the customer. HOMZ is not responsible for missed appointments due to lack of confirmation.
4.3 Emergency services are available 24/7, with priority given to active members.
5. Member Discounts
5.1 Members receive 15% off parts and labor for additional repairs.
5.2 Members receive 20% off new garage doors and installations.
5.3 Discounts are valid only for active members and cannot be combined with other promotions.
6. Responsibilities & Limitations
6.1 HOMZ technicians are background-checked, insured, and professionally trained.
6.2 HOMZ is not responsible for pre-existing damages, improper prior installations, or third-party modifications.
6.3 Service times may vary due to availability, location, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Liability Disclaimer
7.1 HOMZ provides services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of garage systems.
7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOMZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7.3 HOMZ’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the member in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content, logos, branding, and website material belong to HOMZ and may not be used without written permission.
8.2 Work performed by HOMZ remains property of the Company until paid in full.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
10.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Illinois.
11. Changes to Terms
HOMZ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
